These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of www.isaacbryanforca.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Bryan for Assembly 2026 (the “Committee”), a California candidate controlled committee supporting Isaac Bryan for California State Assembly District 55.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Campaign Website
This Site contains campaign material supporting the election of Isaac Bryan to serve as Assemblymember for California State Assembly District 55.
The Site is not an official publication of the State of California or California State Assembly District 55, an elections official, or any other government agency.
Information about voter registration, voting locations, election deadlines, ballot status, and other official election matters should be verified through the California Secretary of State or the applicable county or local elections official.
Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful informational and political purposes.
You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, databases, accounts, or related systems;
- interfere with or disrupt operation or security of the Site;
- transmit malicious code or use the Site to distribute unlawful material;
- impersonate the Committee, candidate, campaign staff, or another person;
- use the Committee’s name, logo, photographs, or materials in a manner that falsely implies authorization, sponsorship, or endorsement; or
- use the Site in violation of applicable law.
The Committee may restrict or terminate access to the Site where reasonably necessary to protect the Site or others.
Campaign Communications
If you provide contact information through the Site, the Committee may use it as described in the Committee’s Privacy Policy and in accordance with any consent that you provide.
Calls and Text Messages
If you provide a mobile telephone number and affirmatively consent to campaign calls or text messages, you agree to receive communications from Bryan for Assembly 2026 at the number provided, including, where stated in the applicable consent, recurring calls or text messages sent using automated technology or prerecorded messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive automated calls or text messages is not a condition of making a contribution, volunteering for, voting for, or otherwise supporting the candidate.
Your carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Contributions
Contribution links on the Site may direct you to Efundraising Connections www.efundraisingconnections.com or ActBlue www.actblue.com, third-party services that process political contributions under their own terms and privacy policy.
By making a contribution, you represent that the contribution is lawful and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements applicable to the contribution.
Contribution limits, prohibitions, reporting requirements, and other rules are established by applicable federal, California, and/or local campaign finance law.
Endorsements and Supporter Information
If the Site allows you to endorse the candidate, authorize the use of your name, submit a testimonial, or ask to be publicly identified as a supporter, your submission constitutes permission for the Committee to use the information you specifically authorize for campaign and political purposes, including on the Site, social media, printed materials, advertising, and other campaign communications.
The Committee will not publish your contact information solely because you submitted an endorsement unless you separately authorize such disclosure.
You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting the Committee. The Committee will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future uses, but withdrawal may not require the Committee to retrieve or destroy materials already printed, published, distributed, or placed into circulation.
User Submitted Content
If you submit photographs, testimonials, written material, video, audio, or other content to the Committee for campaign use, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of submission, you grant the Committee a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit, display, publish, distribute, and otherwise use the submitted material for lawful political and campaign purposes.
The Committee is not required to publish or use submitted material.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the text, graphics, photographs, logos, design, and other original content on the Site are owned by or licensed to the Committee.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that otherwise exist under copyright law, including fair use, political commentary, criticism, news reporting, or other lawful uses.
You may link to the Site and quote or share campaign material in the ordinary course of political discussion and commentary.
You may not use the Committee’s name, logo, images, or other materials in a manner that falsely implies endorsement, authorization, affiliation, or sponsorship.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or incorporate third-party websites and services, including contribution processors, social media platforms, video services, voter registration resources, analytics providers, and government websites.
The Committee does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites or services.
A link to a third-party site does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of that site or its operator.
Accuracy and Availability
The Committee seeks to keep information on the Site accurate and current but does not guarantee that every item will be complete, current, error free, or continuously available.
Election dates, procedures, registration information, voting requirements, and governmental information are subject to change and should be confirmed with the appropriate elections official.
The Committee may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Committee, candidate, and their officers, employees, consultants, volunteers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of or inability to use the Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that may not lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Use of information collected through the Site is addressed in the Committee’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any judicial proceeding arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
