Bryan for Assembly 2026 (the “Committee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information obtained through www.isaacbryanforca.com (the “Site”) and through forms and communications associated with the Site.

The Committee is a California candidate-controlled committee supporting Isaac Bryan for California State Assembly District 55. The Committee’s FPPC identification number is 1477262.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including but not limited to:

  • your name;
  • email address;
  • mailing address;
  • telephone or mobile number;
  • ZIP code;
  • volunteer interests and preferences;
  • event or yard-sign requests;
  • endorsement or supporter information;
  • information submitted through petitions, surveys, contact forms, or similar features; and
  • other information contained in messages or communications you send to us.

If you make a contribution, applicable campaign finance laws may require the Committee or its contribution processing providers to collect information such as your name, street address, occupation, employer, and contribution amount.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, our website host, analytics providers, security providers, or other service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address;
  • browser and device information;
  • operating system;
  • pages visited;
  • referring and exit pages or URLs;
  • date and time of access; and
  • information collected through cookies or similar technologies.

How We Use Information

We may use information collected through the Site to:

  • communicate with you about the campaign;
  • respond to inquiries and requests;
  • organize volunteers, supporters, events, and campaign activities;
  • process requests for campaign materials or yard signs;
  • send email, telephone, or text-message communications for which you have provided appropriate contact information or consent;
  • process and maintain records relating to political contributions;
  • analyze and improve the Site and the Committee’s communications;
  • protect the security and integrity of our Site and campaign systems;
  • comply with laws concerning campaign finance, election, tax, and other legal requirements; and
  • carry out other lawful campaign activities.

Political Contributions and Public Disclosure

Political contributions are subject to federal, state, and local campaign finance laws.

California law may require the Committee to collect and publicly report certain information concerning contributors, including a contributor’s name, address, occupation, employer, contribution amount, and other information required by law.

Accordingly, information provided in connection with a political contribution may become part of a publicly available campaign finance report and may not be eligible for deletion from Committee records where retention or disclosure is required by law.

Contributions made through this Site are processed by Efundraising Connections www.efundraisingconnections.com and ActBlue www.actblue.com. Payment card and other information provided directly to such services are subject to their own privacy policy and terms. The Committee does not receive or store your complete payment card information.

Email Communications

If you provide your email address, we may send you campaign news, event information, fundraising communications, voter information, or other campaign-related communications.

You may unsubscribe from campaign marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link contained in the email or by contacting us at info@isaacbryanforca.com.

Certain administrative or transactional communications may still be sent when necessary to respond to a request you have made.

Calls and Text Messages

If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive campaign calls or text messages, the Committee may contact you at that number in accordance with the consent you provide.

Where applicable, messages may be sent using automated technology or may include prerecorded messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to a text message to stop receiving text messages or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive automated calls or text messages is not a condition of contributing to, volunteering for, voting for, or otherwise supporting the Committee or candidate.

Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold or transferred to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share such information with vendors and service providers that assist the Committee in sending campaign communications, subject to appropriate restrictions on their use of the information.

How We Share Information

We may disclose information:

  • to Committee staff, consultants, volunteers, and agents as reasonably necessary to conduct campaign activities;
  • to vendors and service providers that assist with website hosting, email, text messaging, fundraising, contribution processing, analytics, data management, security, and similar services;
  • when disclosure is required by campaign finance, election, tax, court, law enforcement, or other legal requirements;
  • when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of the Committee, the candidate, Site users, or others; or
  • in connection with the winding down, transfer, or lawful disposition of Committee records or operations.

We do not sell personal information for commercial purposes.

Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Technologies

The Site may use cookies, analytics tools, embedded content, social media features, or similar technologies.

Third-party services, including services operated by Google, Meta, YouTube, and other providers, may receive technical information about your device or interaction with the Site when their services are loaded or used.

Those third parties maintain their own privacy policies, and the Committee does not control their collection or use of information.

The Site currently uses advertising pixels or session replay technology.

The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to websites or services not operated by the Committee, including contribution processors, social media platforms, voter registration resources, or government websites.

We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party websites or services. You should review the applicable policies of those services before providing information to them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control.

No Internet transmission, website, or information storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or maintained by us.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to conduct lawful campaign activities, and to comply with applicable legal, accounting, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements.

Information that applicable law requires the Committee to retain may not be deleted upon request.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request that we correct, update, or, where reasonably practicable and legally permissible, delete personal information that you previously submitted through the Site.

You may also:

  • unsubscribe from email communications using the unsubscribe link provided;
  • opt out of text messages by replying STOP; and
  • contact us concerning your communication preferences.

We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Nothing in this section requires the Committee to delete information that applicable law requires or permits it to retain.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is directed to a general audience and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information online from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through the Site, please contact us.

California Privacy Laws

Certain California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Online Privacy Protection Act, apply to specified businesses or operators of commercial websites and may not apply to the Committee or this Site.
